Our Flagship Product

The Two-Step Sealed Bidding System (TSSBS)

Our proprietary TSSBS is a game-changer in the healthcare staffing industry.

Here's how it works:

1. Job Posting

Healthcare facilities anonymously create a new job posting, specifying essential details such as shift times, itemized rates (incl. housing, mileage), qualifications, and any reasonable accommodation requested.  This straightforward process ensures all necessary information is clearly communicated.  The facility name encrypted to encourage fair competition.

2. Staffing Agency Bidding

Interested staffing agencies view the facility offers.  Agency either "Accepts the offer" or "Counter-bids".  This user-friendly interface makes it simple for healthcare professionals to find and apply for positions that match their skills and preferences.

3. Negotiation Interface

Once a nurse expresses interest, a negotiation interface opens, allowing them to propose a counteroffer within a designated range (e.g., 10% above or below the posted rate), this dynamic interface also displays the facility's initial budget for the position, facilitating transparent and effective negotiations.

4. Facility Receives Notification

The facility receives an instant notification about the agencies' counteroffer, ensuring timely communication and decision-making.  The agency is allowed to participate in the bidding process for a specific job requisition no more than twice within a 24-hour period.

5. Facility Makes a Decision and Creates a Job Posting

The facility has three options:

  • Accept the counteroffer.
  • Propose a new counteroffer within their budget.
  • Reject the negotiation and consider other applicants.

Throughout this process, our system facilitates seamless communication between the facility and the nurse, ensuring both parties are always informed and engaged.
