- Business and professional information (company name, capabilities, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)/Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) if provided, professional history, LinkedIn Uniform Resource Locator (URL)).
- Applicant information (resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV), work history, skills, eligibility questions you answer, and any materials you submit through a recruiting form).
- Communications (emails, messages, and attachments you send to us).
We do not request or need patient medical records. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or confidential patient data through our Website or general intake forms.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Website, we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs).

Procurement decisions and award authority remain with the Agency (when an Agency is involved) and are not made by intellicAIr, LLC.
